Merge FIT files
Join FIT parts from a stopped recording without sending them anywhere.

Drop files or choose · FIT, GPX, TCX · stays on your device
Garmin
Open the activity in Garmin Connect, use the gear menu, and download the original. That file is FIT.
Strava
Open the activity, then the menu, and export the original. ActivityMerge joins FIT. GPX and TCX come later.
Other devices
Export the recording as FIT when the device or app offers it. Drop both parts here.
One file is not enough yet. Add the second part of the same recording.
Route
Chart
- Upload the file to Strava or Garmin. Guide
- Delete the originals. Kudos on those activities are lost.
Donations are not connected yet. No payment provider is loaded.
How it works in 3 steps
- Add the files. Drop the parts of the recording. They stay on this device.
- Check the preview. Confirm the order, the pause, and the route or chart.
- Download. Save the merged FIT file and upload it where you keep the activity.
Export
From a Garmin, Wahoo, or COROS device, export the original FIT. From Strava or Garmin Connect, download the original file for each part.
What is preserved
Each record keeps heart rate, power, cadence, speed, altitude, temperature, GPS, left/right balance, and other raw record fields when they are present. Laps stay. The device name comes from the file you pick.
Questions
How many files can I add?
Up to 10. They are ordered by start time, and you can drag them.
What if the sports differ?
The card is marked, and the sport of the earliest file is kept.
Can I remove the pause?
Yes. Remove gap shifts the later timestamps. That changes the clock, so it is off by default.
Where is the map?
The route is an offline drawing. There are no map tiles. Indoor files show the chart only.
Will Strava or Garmin Connect accept the file?
The file is a normal activity FIT. Acceptance on a real device upload is still something to confirm.
